... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 3 PM
EST Sunday...

* what... rain will change to snow during the predawn Sunday. Total
snow accumulations of up to two inches expected. Gusty winds 30
to 35 mph will accompany the snow, creating for low visibility
at times early Sunday morning.

* Where... portions of southwest Virginia, central and southern
West Virginia and the central and southern mountains of West
Virginia.

* When... from 3 am to 3 PM EST Sunday.

* Additional details... roads will quickly become treacherous, as
temperatures plummet through the 20s in wind blown snow early
Sunday morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
