Issued: 2:22 PM MDT Jul. 21, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Heat advisory remains in effect until 8 am MDT Tuesday...

* temperature... afternoon highs of 103 to 106 degrees, with
overnight low temperatures of 75 to 80 degrees in urban areas.

* Impacts... hot daytime temperatures with little overnight
cooling will put people and animals at greater risk to heat
related illnesses, especially if outside or in non-air

demand for utilities such as electricity.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

possible, reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or

those who lack air conditioned homes.
