... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 8 PM this evening to
5 PM MST Friday...

* what... snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches
expected, with 4 to 9 inches in the chuska and Jemez Mountains
above 8000'. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph producing blowing
snow and reduced visibility.

* Where... Chuska Mountains, far northwest Highlands and Jemez
Mountains.

* When... from 8 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Friday.

* Additional details... plan on hazardous travel from slippery and
snow packed Road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
