... Significant weather advisory for Seminole... Northern
Lake... northwestern Brevard... northwestern Orange and Volusia
counties until 330 PM EDT...

At 204 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 14 miles northeast of Apollo Beach to near Lake
Helen to Pittman. Movement was south at 20 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Deltona, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Sanford and Apopka.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
