morning...

snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Rain may mix with snow
below 3500 feet this afternoon. Plan on difficult travel
conditions.

* Where... areas near Camp Verde, Chino Valley, Congress,
Cottonwood, Fredonia, Grand Canyon, Jacob Lake, North Rim,
Paulden, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Seligman and Valle.

* When... until 11 am today.

* Additional details... look for significant reductions in
visibility at times.
